Read this document to understand the rules of engagement with Love Throb for managing your expectations. The following words, when used in official content such as this document, generally refers to the service entity Love Throb: "LT", "business", "we", "us", "our", "here", "site", or "service."

1 We Love You, However

1.1 By accessing this site, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth below and in any modified or additional terms that Love Throb ("lovethrob.com") and its parent company Life Element, Inc. ("lifeelement.com") may publish (collectively, the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use, do not access or use this site. 1.2 We may change these Terms of Use from time to time. Members shall be sent important notifications regarding changes to these terms. Your continued access or use of the site constitutes your acceptance of such changes. 2 Refunds

Refunds are absolutely allowed after 2 months of service with 1 month eligible as a refund. This means that your 1st month of service is nonrefundable.

2.1 At Love Throb, we believe that our service(s) should not be used by any individual or couple that is not serious. We believe that if you are not willing to invest in your relationship seriously, then you should not be in one. 2.2 You agree that the monthly subscription service(s) provided by Love Throb is intended for serious members that want to improve or invest in their relationship. The service is not responsible if your investment does not yield positive results.

3 Marriage Counseling

3.1 Your agree that Love Throb is not a relationship nor marriage counseling service. 3.2 You are fully responsible in how you handle your relationship successes and failures. 3.3 Love Throb is a tool that can be used to help improve your love life. It does not and cannot promise to resolve all of your relationship issues. 3.4 If you are considering getting relationship counseling, you are aware that Love Throb may be used as a supplemental service for therapy and may be suggested by a therapist. 3.5 This service can work remarkably well for couples, however, the service will not be held responsible for any physical or mental damages endured due to your relationship issues.

4 Love Throb Trademark(s)

The main Love Throb trademark logo is an upside-down golden heart shape with suggestive accents.

4.1 Those affiliated with marketing our brand are the only individuals or entities that have the right to positively use our content and likeness for our promotional purposes. 4.2 For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the term, "Trademark(s)" means all common law or registered trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, Internet domain names, or other indications of origin now or in the future used by Love Throb. 4.3 Nothing contained herein grants or shall be construed to grant you any rights to use any Love Throb Trademark, unless expressly conferred by these Terms of Use. 4.4 You agree that you will not use Love Throb's Trademarks in any manner that might tarnish, disparage, or reflect adversely on such Trademarks or Love Throb. 4.5 You agree that you will not contest or otherwise challenge (e.g., in any legal action or otherwise), or assist or encourage any other person or entity to contest or challenge, the validity of any of Love Throb Trademarks or the Trademark rights claimed by Love Throb. 4.6 You agree that you will not use any Love Throb Trademark or any variant thereof including misspellings) as a domain name or as part of a domain name regardless of the top-level domain, or as a metatag, keyword, or any other type of programming code or data. 4.7 You may not at any time, adopt or use, without Love Throb's prior written consent any word or mark which is similar to or likely to be confused with Love Throb's Trademarks. 4.8 The look and feel of the Love Throb website, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts, is the trade dress and/or trademark or service mark of Love Throb and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Love Throb. 4.9 All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos used or appearing on the Love Throb website are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof by Love Throb, unless expressly so stated. 4.10 You may not use a Love Throb trademark, logo, Image or other proprietary graphic of Love Throb to link to the Love Throb website without the prior written consent of Love Throb. 4.11 You may not frame or hotlink to the Love Throb website or any Image without the prior written consent of Love Throb.

5 Limitations

5.1 You agree that you shall not:

• Engage in any conduct that shall constitute a violation of any law or that infringes the rights of Love Throb or any third party.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations related to the access to or use of the Site, or engage in any activity prohibited by these Terms of Use.
• Violate the rights of Love Throb or any third party (including rights of privacy and publicity) or abuse, defame, harass, stalk or threaten another.

6 Restriction and Termination of Use

6.1Love Throb may block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the service and/or content at any time in Love Throb's discretion, without prior notice or liability to you. 6.2Any conduct by you that, in Love Throb’s sole discretion, restricts or inhibits any other person or entity from using or enjoying the site is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your access to the site without further notice. 6.3None of this means that Love Throb will not provide insight into terminations. It means we are not obligated due a variety of possibly unforeseen limitations including management's careful decision not to after an investigation. 6.4You agree and understand that we may terminate your access, if it is determined that you or your affiliate is attempting to abuse our service(s).

7 Advertisement Platforms

7.1Advertisements that are officially authorized by Love Throb may be displayed on platforms that we do not control. External platforms:

• ARE USED as a means to prompt awareness of our product(s) or service(s).
• HAVE NO control or influence over our product(s) or service(s).
• SHALL NOT be thought of as endorsing our product(s) or service(s).
• SHALL NOT be held responsible in any way for our advertisements created by either us (i.e., the company), affiliate marketers, or advocates.
• SHALL NOT be held responsible for your comprehension and decision regarding the content presented here on Love Throb (lovethrob.com).
